This is my first game written in OpenGL, win32 and C++. It is a clone of the classic Breakout Game. If your machine is Windows XP SP2, you probably already have .NET Framework 2.0 installed on it. Otherwise, You might need to have it installed in order to run this game. You can get .NET Framework 2.0 from here.
How to Play
- Earn a free live with every 10000 points you get.
- There are nine levels in total.
Control:
SPACE - start the game
LEFT - move left
RIGHT - move right
UP - throw the ball
P - pause the game
Cheat Code:
Secret! Win the game to find out the cheat code!
Items:
+100 - get 100 points
+500 - get 500 points
+1000 - get 1000 points
-100 - lose 100 points
-500 - lose 500 points
-1000 - lose 1000 points
LONG - paddle becomes longer
SHORT - paddle becomes shorter
1UP - get a free live
STICK - the ball stick to the paddle when hit
